Where is my order? Tracking is emailed as soon as your parcel is dispatched. If it has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

1. What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, delivery and billing address, email address and telephone number. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.

To process and deliver your order, to provide customer service, to send order updates, to prevent fraud, and to meet accounting and tax obligations. The legal bases are performance of a contract, our legitimate interests, and consent where required.

Warranty
What is covered
The tube and its built-in gua sha applicator carry a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects such as a cracked applicator head, a twist mechanism that will not open or close, or a seal that fails in normal use.
The product itself
Every unit is shipped sealed and within its shelf life. If a product arrives damaged, leaking or past its date, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we replace it at our cost.
How to make a claim
Email contact@officialmedicube.store with your order number, a description of the problem and a photo or short video. We review and reply within 24 hours on business days. If the claim is accepted we send a replacement or issue a refund — you will not be asked to pay return postage for a faulty item.
What is not covered
Damage caused by dropping, crushing or misuse; exposure to extreme heat; normal depletion of the cream; and any product that has been altered or decanted into another container.
Your statutory rights
This warranty is offered in addition to, and does not affect, the rights you have under consumer law in your country.
Returns & Refunds
30-day returns
You may return your order within 30 days of delivery. Because this is a cosmetic product applied to the skin, items must be returned unopened and with the seal intact for hygiene reasons.
If you already opened it
If you opened the product and it caused a reaction, or it is not what was described, contact us anyway. We assess these case by case and will not leave you with a product you cannot use.
How to start a return
Email contact@officialmedicube.store with your order number and the reason. We reply with return instructions. Please do not send anything back before contacting us — unannounced parcels can be delayed or refused.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is checked, we issue the refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it. Original shipping is refunded when the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
Return postage
If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover the return cost. If you simply changed your mind, the return postage is yours. We recommend a tracked service — until the parcel reaches us it remains your responsibility.
Cancelling before dispatch
Orders can be cancelled free of charge at any point before dispatch. Email us as soon as possible and we will stop the order if it has not yet left the warehouse.
Wrong or missing items
Tell us within 14 days of delivery and we send the correct item at our cost, with no need to return the wrong one in most cases.

Every order ships free with tracking. There is no minimum order value.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs, weather or carrier delays during peak periods.
Tracking your order
As soon as your parcel is dispatched you receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first scan — this is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.
Delivery areas
The destinations we currently ship to are shown at checkout. If your country is not listed, we are not able to deliver there yet.
Customs and duties
Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price shown.
Wrong address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately — we can usually correct it before dispatch, but not after.
Undelivered parcels
If a parcel cannot be delivered and returns to us, we contact you to arrange redelivery. A further delivery attempt may incur an additional charge.
Lost parcels
If tracking has not updated for 10 business days, contact us. We open an investigation with the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, we send a replacement or refund you in full.

7. How the product should be used
This is a cosmetic product for external use on the skin. Follow the instructions supplied. Avoid contact with the eyes and do not apply to broken or irritated skin. If irritation occurs, stop using it. It is not a medicine and makes no medical claims.
8. Results
Any before-and-after images and customer reviews reflect individual experiences. Results depend on skin type, age and how consistently the product is used, and are not guaranteed.
9. Your right to cancel
Consumers may cancel and return an order as set out in our Returns & Refunds policy, and this does not affect statutory rights.
10. Our liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
11. Events outside our control
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, carrier strikes or customs action.
